1. Introduction
Welcome to XDentalStudio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our dental laboratory services, website, and related services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
XDentalStudio is a dental laboratory based in Istanbul, Turkey, providing dental prosthetics manufacturing services to dental clinics worldwide.
2. Services
We provide the following dental laboratory services:
- Zirconia crown and bridge manufacturing
- E-Max crown and veneer manufacturing
- Laminate veneer production
- Hybrid prosthesis manufacturing
- Custom abutment design and production
- Digital tooth design services
- Titanium bar manufacturing
- 3D temporary prosthesis production
3. Ordering Process
3.1 Order Submission: Orders can be placed through our online platform, WhatsApp, or email. Each order must include complete case information, STL files or impressions, and shade specifications.
3.2 Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to review and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification.
3.3 Order Modifications: Order modifications must be communicated within 24 hours of order placement. Modifications after production has begun may incur additional charges.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing: Prices are provided upon request and may vary based on case complexity, materials, and volume. All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms are established upon account setup. Standard terms require payment within 30 days of invoice date.
4.3 Volume Discounts: Volume discounts may be available for clinics with regular orders. Contact us for details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL Express with full tracking. Shipping costs are included in our quotes unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Delivery Times: Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days from order confirmation. International shipping adds 2-5 business days depending on destination.
5.3 Customs: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance.
6. Quality and Warranty
6.1 Quality Standards: All products are manufactured according to ISO 13485 standards and are CE certified for European markets.
6.2 Zero Remake Policy: We stand behind our quality. If a remake is needed due to manufacturing defects, we will remake the case at no additional cost.
6.3 Warranty Claims: Warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and detailed description of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, STL files, and case information submitted to us remain the property of the submitting party. We maintain confidentiality of all client information and case data.
8. Limitation of Liability
XDentalStudio's liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
