4-Stage Quality Control Process

Every restoration from XDentalStudio undergoes a rigorous 4-stage quality control process before shipping. This systematic approach ensures consistent quality and minimizes the need for remakes or chairside adjustments.

Stage 1: Design Verification. Our CAD team reviews the design for fit, function, and esthetics. We check margin placement, occlusal contacts, and esthetic parameters before milling begins.

Stage 2: Material Inspection. Before production, we verify material batch numbers, expiration dates, and certifications. We use only CE-certified materials from reputable manufacturers.

Stage 3: Production QC. During milling and finishing, our technicians check for defects, proper fit, and surface quality. Any issues are addressed before the restoration proceeds to final inspection.

Stage 4: Final Esthetic Review. Before packaging, every restoration is inspected for esthetics, shade matching, and final polish. We ensure the restoration meets all specifications and is ready for delivery.
