XDentalStudio offers predictable turnaround times that are competitive with or faster than local European labs. Standard cases (single crowns, small bridges) are completed in 5-7 working days, with DHL shipping adding 2-3 business days.

Total turnaround time from order to delivery: 7-10 business days for UK, Germany, France, and most EU countries. This is comparable to local labs and often faster during peak periods when local labs have longer queues.

For multi-unit cases (3+ units) or complex restorations, turnaround time may extend to 8-10 working days for production, with shipping remaining 2-3 days. We provide accurate timelines at the time of quote.

Expedited Production Options

For urgent cases, we offer expedited production options:

Rush (3-5 days): For cases that need faster production but don't require next-day delivery. Additional fee applies.

Express (2-3 days): For very urgent cases requiring immediate attention. Higher fee, but ensures fastest possible production.

Express Shipping: In addition to expedited production, we can arrange express DHL shipping (next-day or 2-day delivery) for an additional fee.

These options are particularly useful when you need to meet patient appointment deadlines or when cases are time-sensitive.

Factors Affecting Turnaround Time

Case Complexity: Simple single crowns are faster than complex multi-unit bridges or full-arch restorations. We provide accurate timelines based on case complexity.

Material Selection: Zirconia and E.max have similar production times. Hybrid prosthetics or implant-supported restorations may require additional time.

Design Approval: If design previews require revisions, this adds time to the process. We work efficiently to minimize revision cycles.

Shipping: DHL Express shipping is consistent at 2-3 business days. Customs clearance (for UK post-Brexit) may add 1-2 days occasionally.
