WhatsApp: Our primary communication channel for quick questions, case updates, and file sharing. We respond to WhatsApp messages within 2-4 hours during business hours. This is ideal for urgent questions or when you need immediate feedback.
Email: For detailed case discussions, quotes, and documentation, email is the preferred channel. We respond to emails within 24 hours, often sooner. Email is also useful for sharing large STL files or multiple case photos.
Phone: For urgent matters or complex case discussions, phone calls are available by appointment. We can schedule calls at times convenient for your time zone.
Multilingual Support Team
Our support team includes native and fluent speakers of English, German, French, Polish, Dutch, Turkish, and Arabic. This ensures clear communication regardless of your preferred language.

Case updates are provided proactively. When your case moves to a new stage (design complete, production started, QC passed, shipped), you receive automatic notifications via WhatsApp or email.
Case Documentation and History
All communications are documented in your case file. This includes WhatsApp messages, emails, case notes, and design approvals. You can request case history at any time.
Our platform provides access to case documentation, design previews, shipping tracking, and communication history. This transparency ensures you're always informed about your cases.
